Where we ship
We ship from our Bishop, California location to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders, with no minimum purchase. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations.
Processing and delivery times
- Order processing: 2 business days.
- Estimated transit after dispatch: 4–6 business days.
- Estimated total time: 6–8 business days, including processing.
- Order cutoff: 6:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday.
Orders received after the cutoff or on a non-business day begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Transit times are estimates; carrier delays may affect arrival.
Tracking and delivery help
Tracking information is provided after dispatch. For an incorrect address, delayed package, or missing delivery, call us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes depend on the order’s dispatch status.
