These terms apply to purchases from Mountain Apparel at mountainapparell.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Products and pricing

We sell new women’s clothing. Product descriptions, images, available colors and size options are shown on the individual product page. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable tax is displayed before payment. We may correct a product or pricing error; if an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding or issue a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Payment methods available to your order are displayed at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, has an invalid address or presents a payment issue. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Processing takes 2 business days, with an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. The order cutoff is 6:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday–Friday. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return. No restocking fee applies. We initiate approved refunds within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. See our return policy.

Our privacy policy describes how personal information is handled when you use our store. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
